Interior Alaska Center for Non-Violent Living (IACNVL) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager to provide advocacy, support, and resources to participants in our housing program. This position provides crisis intervention, safety planning, case management, advocacy, conflict resolution, and assistance accessing community resources and benefits. The Case Manager also supports participants with activities of daily living and works to promote housing stability, safety, and independence. The ideal candidate has experience with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, advocacy, or case management , along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education. A valid driver's license, computer proficiency, ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and navigate stairs, and successful completion of a background check are required. Schedule may include evenings and weekends based on program needs.
Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
