Job Description
Atlas Healthcare is seeking a full-time Case Manager to support our growing international healthcare staffing operations. We specialize in placing international healthcare professionals in long-term assignments in hospitals and medical facilities across the United States. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our clinicians successfully complete all credentialing, licensing, and immigration requirements so they can begin work on time and remain in compliance throughout their assignment. Position Summary The Case Manager will work closely with international healthcare professionals to guide them through onboarding, credentialing, licensure, and immigration processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service to our clinicians. Key Responsibilities Assist International Healthcare Professionals with the Immigration, On-boarding, and Compliance requirements Collect, Organize, and Maintain documentation for each Healthcare Professional Provide responsive and professional customer support throughout the compliance process Track and document all communications in company CRM and compliance systems Guide clinicians through credentialing and state licensing requirements Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local guidelines including ADA, FMLA, ACA, FLSA, ERISA, and OSHA Support Special compliance projects and related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple detail orientated tasks at once Prior experience in immigration, credentialing or compliance is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's Degree required Professional certification preferred but not required Atlas Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer.
