Job Description

QBHP Delta Behavioral Health, LLC, is seeking to add a position for a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider that will work in the Manila school district and see some outpatient clients in the area. This position is a full-time job and will require someone to carry a full caseload. Pay will start out hourly and will turn into a salary + bonus position once billable hours have been met. An applicant with a bachelors degree will start out at $19/hour and an applicant without a bachelors degree will start out at $17/hour. In addition, you will earn PTO, matching health insurance premium, paid professional liability, and 4% matching 401k. Each applicant must be willing to carry out case management functions to include but not limited to: behavioral assistance, adult life skills, individual life skills, provide collaterals, listen to clients ask questions to help understand his/her needs/issues/life circumstances and to follow treatment plans developed and individualized by the assigned therapist to improve his or her life. The QBHP will help clients with implementing their coping strategies, listen, support, and monitor the client for progress. The QBHP will work with individuals, families, and groups to help provide the best community resources to clientele. The individual is responsible for scheduling with the therapist the required QBHP supervision and observation, as needed on a weekly basis. Each applicant must possess one of the following: a bachelor's degree or higher, have good communication skills, organized, and have good time management skills. Pay will depend on education and experience.
