Job Description
Case Aide - Parenting Time Services (Maricopa County) Amazing Grace Arizona Families is seeking reliable, compassionate Case Aides to support the Arizona Department of Child Safety (ADCS) Parenting Time Services program. This role helps families by facilitating safe, supervised parenting time sessions for children in out-of-home care, as referred by ADCS. Role Overview Case Aides provide transportation and supervision for parenting time visits, ensuring safety during interactions, and document each session per contract standards. Visits may take place in homes, community spaces, DCS offices, or other approved settings. Key Responsibilities Transport children to and from supervised visits using employee's personal vehicle. Facilitate and monitor parenting time sessions. Ensure child safety throughout visits and transportation. Document observations and family interactions timely, accurately, and objectively. Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends based on visit schedules. Requirements At least 21 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Valid AZ Driver's License and reliable smoke free vehicle with valid car insurance/registration and clean 3 year MVD record. No at-fault accidents, DUI/DWI in the past 39 months. Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain). Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Clear background and negative pre employment drug screen. Strong writing skills and professionalism in client interactions. Complete ADCS Parenting Time Case Aide training (upon hire). Preferred Qualifications 1+ year experience in Human Services field.
