Your Talents Will Include:
Coordinate and provide client/caregiver schedules. Handle case assignments and review case progress. Assist with payroll. Create an "open door" policy for both caregivers and clients to easily discuss needs with you. Maintain effective working relations by assisting other staff as needed. Assess and address motivational issues with caregivers. Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules, and regulations.
Your Qualities Will Include:
Proven working experience in case supervising. Previous experience in supervising. Effective communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task is a must. Compassionate team player. Computer knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft Word, etc. Caregiver experience is a plus. Excellent listening skills. Possess a humble attitude that nurtures continued growth in knowledge as presented to you by management. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Must be excellent with note taking.
