DC Law Group, PC is seeking a vibrant, bilingual (Spanish/English) Case Manager who is passionate about helping people, driven to grow professionally, and excited to be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position offers a chance to handle a wide variety of PI cases including premises liability, dog bites, rideshare incidents, government claims, and more . If you're organized, proactive, and ready to make a real impact — we want to meet you! Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Manage and move pre-litigation cases forward with confidence and care Work closely with supervisor, attorneys, and support staff in a collaborative, upbeat environment Maintain strong communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and more Review and analyze medical records and treatment progress Help clients navigate treatment options and schedule appointments Prepare cases for the demands department Organize, maintain, and update electronic client files Calendar deadlines and keep cases on track Open claims, process property damage, and follow up on case tasks Bring a positive, solutions-oriented approach to every challengeRequirements:
