ANTN LAW APC
is a personal injury law firm in Burbank, CA handling auto accident, premises liability, and consumer protection (lemon law) cases. We are growing and looking for a full-time Legal Assistant / Case Manager to join our team in office. This is a hands-on role at the center of our practice. You will be on the phone with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters every day, and you will keep our case files complete, current, and moving.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Answer incoming calls and serve as the first point of contact for clients
- Call clients to schedule medical appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and follow up the same day on missed appointments
- Keep client contact information verified and up to date in our case management system
- Communicate with medical providers daily: request records and bills, track liens, and respond to provider inquiries
- Upload every incoming document (bills, liens, medical records, correspondence) into the case file the same day it arrives
- Follow up with insurance adjusters and opposing offices until every open request is answered
- nothing sits unanswered
- Assemble complete document packages (registrations, titles, lender payoff quotes, signed forms) and verify nothing is missing before anything goes out
- Send retainers and forms for electronic signature and follow up until they are signed
- Help coordinate depositions, medical examinations, interpreters, and court date logistics
- Monitor shared email, mail, and fax and route items to the right person the same day
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent English with professional writing skills
- Armenian strongly preferred; Russian or Spanish is also a plus
- most of our clients are bilingual
- Comfortable on the phone: a large part of this job is calling people and getting answers
- Fast with technology: you can quickly learn case management software (such as CasePeer), e-signature tools, and shared inboxes
- Extremely detail-oriented: you check that a package is complete before it goes out
- Strong follow-up habits: you keep your own task list and close every loop
- Able to manage many active cases at once and stay organized under deadlines
- Law office, medical office, or insurance experience is a plus, but we will train the right person To apply, please submit your resume.
