Join Our Caring Team... Who We Are We are an outpatient child and adolescent mental health organization that provides psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents and families. We have been proudly serving youth and families for over 50 years through our prevention/early intervention, outpatient and intensive outpatient programs. Your Role and Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include: Individual rehabilitation services based on behavioral goals set by therapist Provide targeted case management to locate resources and services for client/family Assist families with implementation of behavioral modification techniques/concepts and psycho educational information Clinical documentation in an electronic health record system Work as part of a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team Depending on client and program needs, services are provided in person at various locations such as the office, clients homes and other field based community locations. What We Are Looking For Empathic and caring professionals Have a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, child development or related field Strong written and oral communication skills Strong organization/time-management skills Bi-lingual Spanish required Availability to work some evenings until 8
