ILP Worker Youth and Family Programs Chico, CA Job Details Part-time $22 an hour 23 hours ago Benefits Paid time off 403(b) Life insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Personal service client interaction documentation Writing skills Clinical case management notes Driver's License Full Job Description Northern California Youth and Family Programs is seeking to hire an Independent Living Program Caseworker for our Chico location. Responsibilities Complete Ansell-Casey assessment of youth upon joining the ILP Program on a yearly basis. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team in devising personal goals and follow up with an updated Transitional Independent Living Plan & Agreement. Gather information regarding youth's support system, by completing "My Connections Map". Complete Quarterly reports and document delivered/refused services. Identify emotional and social needs of youth on a continuous basis. Meet regularly with youth to help achieve their goals and maintain up to date case notes. Attend mandated meetings regularly and upon youth's request. Keep up to date with local resources within the community to help support youth's future. Complete all scheduled training sessions as required. Must transport clients to and from appointments using a personal vehicle. Experience Proven experience working with individuals from underserved communities or high-risk populations in social work or related fields. Strong background in case management, client communication, crisis intervention, and social services delivery. Excellent writing skills for detailed case notes, reports, and client correspondence. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with culturally diverse communities while maintaining a compassionate and professional demeanor.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 12:00pm to 5:00pm Must have a Drivers License.
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
