Job Description

We are a growing boutique immigration law firm seeking a full-time Bilingual Immigration Jr. Case Manager (English/Mandarin) to join our team. Work closely with experienced attorneys in a specialized practice Gain valuable, hands-on experience across a variety of immigration cases Be part of a supportive, collaborative, and professional team Opportunity for continued learning and career development Duties and Responsibility Prepare and file immigration applications with the Departments of Homeland Security, State, Justice, and Labor Communicate effectively with clients to gather documentation and provide case updates Create client instructions, procedural guidance, and document checklists Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met Escalate complex issues to attorneys as needed Assist with initial client consultations and case intake Maintain and manage attorney calendars Review translations for accuracy and completeness Update and maintain template documents and internal resources Support and improve internal workflows and case processes Maintain and update the case management system Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files Qualification and Skills Bachelor's degree required Proficiency in Mandarin Chinesen (speaking/reading/typing) is required 1 year of hands-on immigration case management experience required, preferably in employment-based immigration Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Attention to detail Interested candidate should email their resume, cover letter and expected salary to info@menglawgrp.com.
