This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands personal injury case management, enjoys helping others grow, and takes pride in building a strong team that provides thoughtful, compassionate service to clients during a difficult time in their lives. You'll support our pre-litigation Case Managers, help resolve more complex issues, and provide ongoing coaching, training, and guidance to help the team succeed. What You'll Do Lead & Support the
Team:
Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and feedback to Case Managers and Case Manager Assistants, help them work through complex case-management issues, and recognize when to escalate.
Monitor Workloads:
Keep an eye on caseload distribution and team capacity, and help adjust assignments when needed to keep work balanced and cases moving efficiently.
Quality Control:
Review files regularly to identify delays, upcoming deadlines, treatment issues, or other concerns, and help ensure follow-up is timely, files are well documented, and firm procedures are consistently followed.
Strengthen Client Service:
Step in on escalated client concerns and reinforce clear, compassionate communication across the team. Train & Grow the
Team:
Help onboard and train new team members, identify recurring training needs, and participate in the recruitment and interview process for pre-litigation Case Managers and Case Manager Assistants.
Improve How We Work:
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, consistency, and overall case handling. Maintain a
Small Caseload:
Handle matters requiring senior-level attention or more complex case management and use those cases as coaching opportunities to strengthen the team's skills and judgment.
What We're Looking For Experience:
At least 4 years of personal injury pre-litigation case management experience.
Leadership Skills:
Experience mentoring, training, or supervising others.
Bilingual:
Spanish fluency a big plus .
Organized & Detail-Oriented:
You're comfortable managing competing priorities and can quickly identify when a case needs additional attention.
Great Communicator:
You can give clear feedback, explain expectations, and communicate with clients with patience and empathy.
