Social Vocational Services is seeking applicants for the position of Case Management. As a Case Manager, you will provide case management services for individuals with intellectual and acquired disabilities. The Case Manager major responsibilities include the following but not limited to: Assist in development of client objectives Set up and monitor client files Participate in client service planning meetings Write reports on client progress Communicate effectively with caseworkers

Available Position:

Full-Time position Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm Must be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoon, and night shifts

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a Criminal Background check and job-related physical Must possess a California driver's license Must own a vehicle with proof of liability insurance Must be a team player, responsible, and reliable. $750 hiring bonus after 60th day of full attendance (must work full shift to be counted towards the 60 days).
