40 hours per week. This is a clinic-based position working with elementary through high-school ages. Hours are Monday and Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday and Thursday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Wednesday, 11:30 pm to 8:00 pm.Pay Range:
$37.02 to $37.39 per hourEducation:
Master's degree in a mental health-related field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling requiredLicensure:

Conduct collateral interviews as indicated with all identified partners, i.e., school, social services, probation and other treatment providers to support service plan objectives Provide crisis intervention for clients and their families, and maintains all required documentation Provide community-based services as needed by the families (schools, homes, community centers, churches, or where the family/clients feel most comfortable) Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and develops and updates client service plans. Additional Qualifications and Skills Experience working with children and adolescents with severe emotional disturbance in a public mental setting. Understanding of psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) and recovery principles, wrap-around models, and evidence-based practices Ability to organize and prioritize multiple concurrent assignments and work in a fast-paced environment Experience with the County Electronic Health Record (EHR) system writing assessments preferred. Bilingual Spanish or Arabic preferred, but not required Proficient computer skills, including MS Office A valid California driver's license in good standing, personal vehicle, proof of insurance and eligibility to be an approved CRF driver is required to fulfill the essential functions of this position. May use CRF Crossroads car for travel or personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement. Able to pass criminal/background clearance. CRF inspires and mentors the next generation of mental health professionals! Our Children, Youth and Family (CYF) outpatient programs (Crossroads Family Center, Douglas Young Youth and Family Services, Mobile Adolescent Services Team (MAST), and Nueva Vista Family Services provide services throughout San Diego County. We provide a range of services including crisis intervention, individual, family, and group therapy, medication support, rehabilitation, case management and drug and alcohol services while incorporating the family systems and wrap-around approach. We provide mental health services to children and youth with Medi-Cal as well as those who are uninsured and underinsured. Services are provided in English and several threshold languages, using medical care, education, and family resources as appropriate. CRF staff members work together to meet the needs of San Diego County's residents who are experiencing mental/behavioral health challenges.
