Join our expanding team where you'll play a key role in guiding cases from intake through settlement while delivering an exceptional client experience. Prior personal injury experience is preferred. About the Role We're seeking a highly organized and client-focused Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. You'll manage active client matters, serve as the primary point of contact, and work closely with attorneys to move cases efficiently through each stage of the litigation process. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution Serve as the main client contact and provide consistent case updates Coordinate medical treatment and communicate with providers Order and review medical records and billing Handle insurance communications and claim follow-ups Track deadlines, liens, and case milestones Prepare files for demand packages and attorney review Maintain accurate documentation in the case management system Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to drive case progress What We're Looking For 1+ years of personal injury case management experience Strong client communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong follow-up habits Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload Experience with PI case management software is a plus Bilingual is a plus but not required Detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven mindset Passion for helping injured clients navigate the legal process What We Offer Competitive salary: $80,000 - $120,000 annually Supportive, performance-driven team culture Benefits Include Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Schedule & Location Full-time (8-hour shift) Monday to Friday In-office position based in Glendale, CA Must be able to commute or relocate prior to start date
