The company is seeking a Case Manager to manage a case load of offenders in a program known as Adult Electronic Monitoring. This program is contracted through the Los Angeles County Probation Department.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Rate of Pay:

$21.00 per hour

Responsibilities and Duties:

We are seeking a service oriented Case Manager to manage a case load of offenders. This position is full time, Monday through Friday. This position calls for protection of the community through supervision of the probated offender. Meet regularly with offender based on the offender's individual probation terms Review activity reports with each offender Collect required documentation Administer breath alcohol and urinalysis drug tests Arrange follow up appointments Set up schedules in accordance with probation terms Install monitoring equipment and continually assess equipment

Requirements and Skills Needed:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice or related field preferred not required Conversational Spanish preferred not required Social work/law enforcement experience a plus Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and utilize effective time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Advanced typing skills Advanced problem solving capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) a plus Ability and experience in handling a heavy work load
