About Us We are a fast-paced, client-focused personal injury law firm dedicated to helping injured individuals through every stage of their case. We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager who can manage a high-volume caseload while providing strong communication and support to clients. Position Overview The Bilingual (Spanish) Pre-Litigation Case Manager is responsible for handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and requires strong organization, communication, and case management skills. Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury cases Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation process Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and lien holders Collect, review, and organize medical records and bills Draft demand letters and prepare settlement packages Assist with negotiating settlements with insurance companies Maintain detailed and accurate case notes in the case management system Track case progress and ensure deadlines are met Work closely with attorneys and team members to move cases toward resolution Qualifications Prior law firm or personal injury experience preferred but not required Experience with Smart Advocate or similar case management software preferred but not required Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable handling client communication in sensitive situations Preferred Experience handling personal injury claims or settlements Why Join Us High-impact role with direct involvement in case outcomes Team-oriented environment with clear responsibilities Opportunity to develop case management and negotiation skills
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
