Our practice prioritizes direct client relationships and thorough case management over volume. We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to lead client intake, manage medical treatment coordination, and oversee day-to-day case progression. Position Summary The Case Manager serves as the primary operational liaison between clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys. This role requires a strong service-oriented approach to ensure clients feel supported, combined with strong attention to detail in gathering essential case evidence and managing client files. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their cases and keeping them updated on overall case status.
  • Conduct comprehensive initial client intakes, gather crucial incident details, and establish new cases.
  • Coordinate directly with medical providers to assist clients with their treatment plans and track the ongoing care.
  • Open claims with insurance companies, establish liability lines, and manage initial adjuster communications.
  • Request, retrieve, and review essential records, including police reports, traffic incident data, and medical documentation.
  • Continuously monitor case progress, track key deadlines, and maintain organized digital case files to ensure smooth workflow. Qualifications & Competencies
  • Strong customer service skills, showing genuine empathy and professionalism when guiding clients through recovery and legal processes.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail when tracking medical treatments, insurance details, and official records.
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills across all interactions with clients, medical offices, and insurance representatives.
  • 1 to 3 years of administrative, medical, or legal support experience, preferably in personal injury or claims management.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and legal case management platforms
