What You'll Do:

As a CFS Facilitator, you will:

Inspire and Lead:

Mentor a team of CFS Specialists dedicated to providing life-changing support to clients.

Build Dreams:

Partner with clients and their families to help them pursue their dreams and live more independently.

Champion Individuality:

Develop personalized support plans that honor each person's unique culture, values, and goals.

Drive Quality Care:

Oversee scheduling, training, and quality management to ensure exceptional client care.

Connect Communities:

Travel within the area to support clients where they live, work, and thrive.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree required. Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record Strong leadership skills and a passion for serving others Excellent communication abilities, including working with diverse communities Bilingual (Spanish) Must pass a background check and drug screen Maintain current CPR/First Aid certification
