This role is ideal for a self-motivated legal support professional who enjoys client communication, case coordination, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented law office environment. The Legal Case Manager will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, requiring strong empathy, sensitivity, organization, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication and responsive support. Prepare client correspondence according to established communication plans and case procedures. Gather, document, and update vital case information with accuracy and attention to detail. Handle client inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, and help resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Maintain organized client records through accurate data entry and consistent case documentation. Support attorneys and internal teams by managing multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation:
$54,100 per year.
