Full Job Description Job Overview:

As a Residential Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating residential services for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD). This role involves supporting clients and their families to ensure the highest quality of care, promoting independent living skills, and facilitating productive and meaningful lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of 15 to 20 adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Oversee all aspects of residential services, including staff supervision, scheduling, training, and retention. Conduct performance evaluations, address employee concerns, and implement disciplinary actions as needed. Develop, coordinate, and monitor programs in line with the Service Plan. Conduct home visits and environmental monitoring to ensure compliance with agency standards and IDD regulations. Complete and submit monthly paperwork and reports in a timely manner. Provide rotating on-call coverage as required.

Requirements:

Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Experience in case management and service coordination. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, time-management, and planning abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team, adapt to change, and respond positively to feedback. Willingness to travel for monitoring and meetings. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and ability to meet driving standards.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years working with I/DD preferred.

License/Certification:

Driver's License required.
