Job Description
The Lead Comprehensive Case Manager will provide case management services in a person-centered manner and integrate person-centered practices into his or her supervision of case managers. In addition to maintaining a caseload and all of the responsibilities associated with the caseload, the Lead Comprehensive Case Manager also supervises Comprehensive Case Managers. Spanish bilingual preferred with a $1.00 increase in pay rate.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; or five years of relevant experience in the field of LTSS, which includes Developmental Disabilities; or some combination of education and relevant experience appropriate to the requirements of the position.Knowledge of cognitive disabilities:
cause, treatment, services for support, education, employment, recreation, therapy, and related medical terms/medications. Driving is a requirement for this position. - $33.93/hr. DOE/DOQ.
