We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Case Manager to join our family shelter team. The Case Manager will work directly with individuals and families experiencing homelessness, helping guests identify barriers, connect with community resources, and work toward stable housing. Primary responsibilities include assisting guests with housing searches and applications, connecting guests with appropriate community resources and support services, maintaining case notes and documentation, and helping guests develop realistic goals toward housing stability and self-sufficiency. Because this position is within a shelter setting, the Case Manager will also assist with daily shelter operations as needed. This may include helping with meal service, supporting daily shelter routines, assisting guests with general needs, helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and working collaboratively with shelter staff to ensure consistent services and support. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, professional, organized, able to maintain appropriate boundaries, and comfortable working with families from a variety of backgrounds. Strong communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment are important for this role. Experience in case management, social services, housing services, homeless services, human services, or a related field is preferred. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in both English and Spanish, are strongly encouraged to apply.
