Kent County, DE Pay Range:

About the Role JusticeWorks Youth Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for families, assess needs, connect them with critical community resources, advice, and assistance as they navigate social services. You will provide guidance and direction to parents and families in need.
What you will do:
Support such as housing, financial assistance, healthcare, and counseling. Monitor family progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust service plans as needed. Maintain accurate documentation and meet program requirements. Use personal vehicle to transport clients. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle. Ability to pass all required background clearances, pre-employment, post-offer drug screening. Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
