401(k) Bonus based on performance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance As a Legal Case Manager, you'll be the central point of contact for clients and a key player in moving cases forward. You'll work closely with clients, coordinate medical treatment, and assist your attorney in building strong, organized, and successful cases. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about helping people — we want to hear from you. This is a Temporary role that will convert to a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of their case Collaborate closely under a direct attorney to support case strategy and execution Coordinate client medical treatment and track ongoing care Gather, analyze, and organize medical records and billing Assist in preparing demand packages and case documentation Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date digital case files Ensure timely case progression and proactive client updates

Qualifications:

Bilingual - English & Spanish (required) Previous experience as a Litigation Case Manager is highly preferred Pre-litigation experience is required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
