Job Description

Description Case Manager - Contingency Management Remote | Full-Time | Non-Exempt Starting Pay $19.24 per hour; annualized $40K |Higher depending on exp. and education Make an Impact Where It Matters Most IMPOWER is seeking a Case Manager to support young adults (ages 18-24) participating in the Contingency Management program and evidenced-based approach designed to support individuals working to change their relationship with stimulant use. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role where you will help individuals achieve meaningful behavioral change, improve stability, and connect to critical resources all while working in a flexible, remote environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 20-30 individuals, providing ongoing support and accountability Conduct virtual check-ins, drop-in sessions, and crisis support as needed Complete intakes, assessments, and program orientation for new participants Track and document behavioral outcomes, goals, and incentive eligibility Coordinate and document urinalysis (UA) testing results in a timely manner Assist with the distribution of program incentives in accordance with protocols Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Connect individuals to community resources, including housing, healthcare, benefits, and identification Support outreach and referral screening efforts to expand program access Contribute to quality improvement efforts, including surveys and outcome tracking Submit required reports, documentation, and incident reports in accordance with timelines Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state reporting requirements, and IMPOWER policies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Counseling, or related field Minimum of 2 years of case management experience, preferably in behavioral health or substance use Experience with trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills Ability to build rapport and engage young adults in a virtual environment Successfully complete a Level II background screening, local law check, and drug screen Valid driver's license and auto insurance Why Join IMPOWER Mission-driven work that makes a real difference Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to work with an innovative, evidence-based program model Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more Generous paid time off and sick time IMPOWER is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
