Job Description

Location:
Brantley BH | 434 Bryan St., Nahunta Closing date: Open until filled
Hourly Rate:
Commensurate with education and credentials •$1,000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment; $4,000 retention bonus after completion of one year of employment. Additionally, those employees seeking Master's licensure will be allowed up to $500 reimbursement for the cost of study material and/or application/testing fees.•
Job Description:
Provides assessments and therapy to clients and their families. Provides a broad range of social services to clients and their families. Participates in treatment team planning and performs crisis intervention. Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. Serves as a liaison for social services. Will work primarily with children.
Job Responsibilities:
Will work Monday-Thursday, 7 AM - 6 PM.
Competencies:
Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria. Knowledge of how client advocacy system operates. Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques. Knowledge of various therapeutic models and intervention as directly related to area of assignment. Knowledge of crises intervention techniques.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old to apply. Master's degree in a helping field and pursuing licensure. One year case-management experience or OR Master's degree from an accredited program and associate license Or fully Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record with less than 6 points. Preference for experience with or knowledge of trauma informed, resilience-oriented care.
