Job Description
We are looking for a self motivated Personal Injury Case manager to ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management. You will provide a broad spectrum of support under the supervision of an attorney and department manager. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to lawyer and enhance office effectiveness Data entry of new clients Maintain communication with clients Order medical records and bills Prepare demand packages and ensure thorough file completion Answer client calls and answer questions Maintain contact lists Monitor deadlines and juggle attorney calendar Skills Proven working experience in personal injury. Bilingual in English and Spanish Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office Computer literacy Working knowledge of case management software is a plus but not required Excellent organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
