Hirono seeks a dedicated, detail-oriented, and compassionate Constituent Services Representative (Caseworker) to join the state office in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position serves as a primary point of contact for constituents seeking assistance with federal agencies and programs. The Constituent Services Representative will advocate on behalf of Hawaii residents experiencing challenges with federal agencies while providing exceptional constituent service in a professional, nonpartisan, and timely manner.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience Level:

This position is not entry-level. Prior professional experience is required.

Familiarity with and deep appreciation of Hawaii's multi-ethnic society and the uniqueness of each island community.
