This role combines case management and employment services to support individuals facing barriers to employment and self-sufficiency. Through individualized coaching, participant placement, employer partnerships, and employment-focused support, you'll help participants build skills, navigate challenges, and work toward their personal employment goals. What You'll Do Provide employment-focused case management and individualized support to participants working toward employment and self-sufficiency. Interview, place, onboard, and support participants in employment and training opportunities. Coach participants in developing workplace skills and navigating challenges that may impact employment success. Collaborate with employer partners and worksite supervisors to support successful placements and positive employment outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and program records in compliance with agency and funding requirements. Supervise assigned staff and contribute to a collaborative, participant-centered team environment. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Workforce Development, Business, or a related field; equivalent education and experience combinations will be considered. Experience in case management, employment services, workforce development, human services, or related field. Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or other barriers to employment, preferred. Supervisory, coaching, or leadership experience, preferred. Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills. A trauma-informed, person-centered approach grounded in respect, empathy, accountably, and professional boundaries. Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing needs. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a driving record that meets agency requirements. Ability to obtain and maintain a chauffer's license is required. Ability to pass required background checks. Why Work With Us?
