SCHEDULE

 Days

• Hybrid (after training complete), hourly, some evenings and weekends may be required, some travel in / around Des Moines metro area (1-2 hours) an agency vehicle can be reserved, OnCall to support caseload needs.

Education:

 A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related Human Services field OR experience in lieu of the degree (5 years relevant work experience) would be needed.

Experience:

 A minimum of one (1) year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is required.

Compliance Knowledge:

 Proven ability to ensure program delivery is in compliance with regulatory requirements. Bonus Points (Preferred Skills)

Setting Experience:

 Previous experience working within an Home and Community Based Waiver (HCBS) setting is a plus.

Soft Skills:

 Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
