Caldwell Recovery Center (CRC) is seeking a dependable and compassionate Case Manager to join our team. The Case Manager will support individuals receiving behavioral health and substance-use treatment by coordinating services, helping remove barriers to recovery, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
Complete case-management assessments and service plans Coordinate medical, behavioral health, housing and community resources Help clients access transportation, employment, benefits and other services Monitor client progress and follow up on referrals Communicate with counselors, recovery coaches and other treatment-team members Maintain timely, accurate and confidential client records Document and bill eligible case-management services according to Medicaid and Magellan requirements Participate in treatment-team meetings Follow CRC policies, professional boundaries and HIPAA requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, behavioral health, human services or a related field Experience working in behavioral health or substance-use treatment Strong organization, communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team Ability to pass required background checks Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience providing Medicaid-funded case-management services Familiarity with Magellan of Idaho requirements Experience working with individuals in substance-use recovery
Compensation:
$20-$25 per hour, based on education and experience.
