We are a progressive organization, dedicated to helping people - including our staff - be successful! LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking Mobile Crisis Team Members. Positions will be located at our New Albany office in Indiana to serve our Central/Eastern Divisions. These positions are 2nd shift and will serve as a referral source to a variety of service providers throughout the area. Other duties will include collaborating with first responders, facilitating groups, and providing peer support for CCBHC clients with substance use disorder. Case manager positions require two years or more experience with behavioral health/social service, a Bachelor's degree in Social Work is preferred. Peer Recovery Specialist must be certified or willing to become certified. We are looking for caring, compassionate and energetic people who enjoy helping others. An electronic medical record is used so computer literacy is also required.
