Offsite coaches provide housing placement and coaching/case management services to individuals who are moving from chronic homelessness into permanent housing. Coaches help their clients identify behaviors that interfere with housing stability, and develop plans to address them. Coaches also provide liaison services between their clients and landlords, other service providers, et cetera. Must be able to work ethically and independently, with strict adherence to documentation standards and good communication skills overall. Bachelor's degree required in social work or related field. Previous experience in the areas of homeless assistance, housing assistance, mental health and/or substance abuse also required. Previous experience with healthcare navigation and/or social security benefits a plus . Full time position; some evenings or weekend hours may be required
