What You'll Actually Be Doing Serve as the primary point of contact for a caseload of injured clients across South Louisiana — guiding them through the prelitigation process with clarity and genuine care Coordinate medical treatment and follow-up care, staying closely connected with providers to keep every client's recovery on track Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation Communicate with insurance adjusters to establish coverage, confirm policy limits, and keep claims moving Track deadlines and case milestones so nothing ever slips through the cracks Help build strong, well-documented demand packages that set our attorneys up to secure the best possible outcome Keep our case management system accurate and up to date Partner closely with attorneys, fellow case managers, and support staff — this is a team sport, not a solo act Who Thrives Here You genuinely like people, even (especially) when they're stressed, scared, or overwhelmed You're the type who double-checks the details because you know the details matter to someone's outcome You can manage a full caseload without losing your composure — or your compassion You communicate clearly, whether it's a phone call with a worried client or a note to an attorney You take ownership.
