Agency with Choice (AWC)
Hours:
Fulltime
  • 40 hrs.
per week
Pay Range:
$23 to $25 per hour Responsibilities Dual Role position
  • Case Manager
  • 20 hours Direct Support
  • Back up Staff
  • 20 hours
Responsibility:
Case Manager 1. Collaborating with Families in program design 2. Networking to find volunteer opportunities 3. Staff recruitment and Supervision 4. Complete written assessments and evacuations 5. Work with DDS Service Coordinators to provide supports6. Attend Bimonthly Staff meetings Direct Support

Meet and learn needs of everyone in the program 2. Provide direct care when in need of a permanent staff or during planned vacations/absences. 3. Develop a list of relief staff to cover a sick/vacation day or when a staff has left 4. Develop a survey/questionnaire to determine families need for a relief staff Required Qualifications, Skills, and Training Must have knowledge to work with individuals with a variety of needs Must be reliable and flexible to provide hours needed for individuals Knowledgeable with Microsoft word, excel a plus Recruitment/Interviewing and program development skills preferred Must be organized, creative and a self-starter Must have good written/communication skills Must attend mandatory trainings and.bi-monthly staff meetings Must have safe and reliable transportation Must have High School Diploma First Aid and CPR trainings are required Training can be provided
