3 months,OnsiteDay-to-day Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical aspects of electronic discovery needs and assist with strategic and legal aspects for assigned projects.
- Consult with case teams to develop and apply technical strategies, requirements, and goals.
- Advise legal teams on technology options for efficient, timely, and cost-effective discovery solutions.
- Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects are consistently applied.
- Coordinate efforts in response to discovery requests and provide regular reports and metrics.
- Stay updated on emerging electronic discovery litigation support technology and processes.
- Conduct regular training on new technology and process improvements.
- Provide hands-on technical support and quality control for processing activities.
- May act as senior case manager delegating responsibilities to junior case managers.
Required Skills:
- Experience in providing eDiscovery support for multiple, complex cases with minimal supervision.
- Extensive experience using Relativity or RelativityOne, including construction of complex searches and generating reports.
- Certification in Relativity or RelativityOne highly desired.
