Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Rehabilitation Associate to provide full-time support within our Community Services Program across Charles, St. Mary's, and Calvert Counties. This role is focused on delivering person-centered psychiatric rehabilitation services to adults with mental health conditions, fostering their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.
Position Overview Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4
PM Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Key Responsibilities As a Community Support Rehabilitation Associate, you will:
Facilitate Skills Development:
Support clients in building daily living skills essential for self-sufficiency, including budgeting, meal preparation, and personal care. Coordinate Access to
Services:
Guide clients in accessing community resources, mental health services, and social support networks tailored to their recovery goals.
Develop Recovery-Oriented Plans:
Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented recovery plans, emphasizing client empowerment and resilience. Advocate for
Client Rights and Needs:
Ensure clients' voices are respected, advocating for their access to services, benefits, and community involvement.
Provide Crisis Support:
Deliver immediate assistance and de-escalation during crises, connecting clients to additional support services as needed.
Track Client Progress:
Maintain precise documentation on each client's achievements and progress toward their rehabilitative goals.
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
Experience:
One year of experience with mental health populations is ideal
Skills:
Strong understanding of psychiatric rehabilitation principles and dedication to client-centered care
License:
