Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Case Manager to join the Residential team. Under the general supervision of Residential Services Director, the Residential Case Manager is responsible for the coordination and delivery of residential services to individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Residential Case Manager performs job duties in line with Renoxx Caregivers, Inc. mission, vision, and philosophy. Responsibilities Follow the service request process. Participate in client intake process Coordinate medical emergency protocol Develop Participant's treatment plan Complete and review progress report Manage behavior plan Staff Scheduling, Supervision, and Management including performance reports, incident reports, and weekly meetings. Skills Bachelor degree from an accredited university in a human services field Must have valid driver's license with reliable transportation At least 5 years of Supervisory experience with at least 3 years of experience in the human services field in a supervisory capacity OR 8 years of work experience in the field of developmental disabilities with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory capacity. Coordinating services for people in Medicaid and/or waiver programs Coordinating services for people with intellectual disabilities/developmental disabilities (ID/DD) Social Service intake and referral services This role offers an engaging environment where your expertise directly impacts individual outcomes.
