Job Description

RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR

- Bangor Maine We are a well established property management firm with over 50 years in the real estate industry. We are currently seeking a Part Time Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) to join our team in Bangor, Maine. Travel between properties in Bangor will be required, mileage reimbursement will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

Assist residents with locating supportive services and establishing links to all agencies and service providers. Refer residents to service providers including case management, personal care, homemakers, home delivered meals, transportation, counseling, preventative health/wellness and legal advocacy. Follow through on services provided. Educate residents on services available, application process, client rights, etc. Help residents build informal support networks, set up volunteer support programs. Must maintain a valid driver's license. The goal of the RSC is to enhance the ability of residents to uphold their lease obligations, such as paying rent on time, taking proper care of the unit, and insuring quiet enjoyment of the property for all residents and surrounding neighbors. The RSC also promotes programs and efforts that enhance a resident's quality of life. Qualified candidates should have 2 - 3 years relative social work or counseling experience.
