$15,000 This enhanced bonus reflects the credentialing, experience, and immediate impact pre-certified professionals bring to the program. $2,500 at 90 days $3,500 at 180 days $4,000 at 1 year $5,000 at 2 years
Foster Care Supervisor Total Performance-Based Sign-On Bonus:

Minimum Qualifications:
You qualify if you have: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Education, Criminal Justice, or another behavioral or social science field consistent with Michigan DHHS licensing standards Meets Michigan licensing and contractual experience requirements for the position Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries Valid Michigan Driver's License (if required for the role)
