Case Manager Every Child's Hope - 3.3 Kansas City, MO Job Details 20 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) 4% Match Vision insurance 401(k) matching Loan forgiveness Qualifications Bachelor's degree Driving Adolescents Working with youth Full Job Description The individual in this position will provide case management services to youth in our program who live in both group style living and in community apartments. This individual must have reliable transportation as they will be required to drive clients in their own vehicle. The program is based on positive youth development strategies and provides housing, employment services, educational support, counseling, life skills training, and permanency planning. While everyone has unique experiences, many Steppingstone participants have faced homelessness, mental health challenges, problems in school, or are pregnant/parenting. Steppingstone is a program of a larger organization, Every Child's Hope which offers an attractive benefit package including three (3) weeks of vacation starting your first year of employment. Other benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) participation including 4% match effective immediately. ECH is also a qualifying employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. A bachelor's degree is required for this position. Previous case management experience is a plus. All candidates must have a strong desire to work with adolescents, a clean driving record, the ability to pass a federal, criminal background fingerprinting check & drug screen, and be at least 21 years of age.
