Job Overview:
As Case Manager- Assistant Team Lead, your main role is to train all new and current employees on our processes and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Conduct initial training with new hire case managers + Create a continual training process, including new hires 30/60/90 interviews + Create training benchmarks + Manage, update and conduct continual education training + Guide and mentor case managers daily with case questions, issues, and continued on-demand training. + Work with Pre-Litigation Department Leads and Director for any updates and changes to the current processes + Manage and maintain typical Case Manager case load of 200+ cases + Continuous, scheduled, case work review. + Assist case managers with cases as neededKnowledge and Skills:
+ Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment + Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and organizational skills + Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills + Diligence- honoring deadlines, keeping promises, and maintaining standards to provide phenomenal customer service to all clientele + Outstanding time management and prioritizing tasks
