This Position:

We are interested in a Case Manager with a Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, and four years' experience in Human Services or a combination of education and experience equal to above. We're looking for someone with experience working with at-risk youth and group facilitation. Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver's License are required.
