Pay range:

$42,000-$45,000 Join our team! As a case manager, you will make timely, independent decisions to support children and families with medical, educational, emotional, and social services. You will coordinate critical resources, ensure 24/7 emergency availability, lead family meetings, and guide families toward long-term permanency goals. This role involves regular in-home visits, close collaboration with caregivers, courts, and community partners, and a strong commitment to documentation and outcome tracking. Transportation, legal support, and attending court are also essential duties. Ultimately, you help ensure each child's safety, stability, and long-term success.
