Key Responsibilities:
Assess tenant needs and develop targeted community programs Provide housing counseling and homeless prevention services Assist residents with rental assistance, health referrals, and benefit access Offer short-term case management for housing stability Engage residents through community activities and education Maintain documentation to meet program and funding requirements Apply principles of Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Motivational Interviewing Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred) in a Human Services field
Experience:
1-2 years in social services or case management preferred Familiarity with: Mental health or substance use support Housing First philosophy De-escalation techniques Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Critical Time Intervention Ready to Apply?
