The Case Manager will provide direct services addressing the employment, housing, vocational, and training needs of individuals with criminal histories. This position will complete participant intakes and assessments and develop individualized employment strategies and/or housing plans based on each participant's needs. Key responsibilities include teaching job-search and employment-retention skills, assisting participants with securing and maintaining employment and housing, providing job coaching, connecting participants with community resources, and developing partnerships with employers and other community organizations. The successful candidate must possess excellent documentation, organization, and communication skills. Please submit all résumés in PDF format.
