Full Job Description Bilingual Community Engagement Worker Pay:

$23.00-$25.00 per hour

Hours:

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All Communities Family Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Community Engagement Worker to join our team. This position focuses on connecting individuals and families with community resources, providing case management services, and helping strengthen families through engagement and support. Responsibilities Provide case management services to individuals and families. Assist clients with completing utility assistance applications Connect clients with local resources and supportive services based on their needs. Build positive relationships with community partners and service providers. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate family engagement activities and community events. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and services provided. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in case management, human services, community outreach, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bilingual Benefits Competitive pay of $23.00-$25.00 per hour , based on experience.
