Overview The Community Integration Specialist plays a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in their journey towards independence and community engagement. This position involves working closely with clients to facilitate access to resources, promote social inclusion, and enhance their quality of life. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities Assist clients in navigating community resources, including healthcare, housing, and employment services. Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and service providers to ensure continuity of care. Conduct outreach activities to promote community integration initiatives.
