New Brunswick NJ Salary:

$45,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Provide case management services to individuals residing in the Ozanam Inn Shelter and Permanent Supported Housing The job includes screening, assessment, service planning, linkage, crisis intervention, and de-escalation, managing relationships with a broad range of community providers, and life skills teaching Transporting individuals to housing opportunities, assisting client in applying for housing, and building connections with other agencies Utilization of HMIS (WellSky) case management software and MyEvolv. Requires on-call coverage and evening hours. Bi-lingual (Spanish) encouraged to apply. Ability to work independently.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B.A) from an accredited college or university, preferably in Social Work or a similar Human Service field is preferred At least two (2) years relevant work experience and demonstrated ability to provide effective services to clients required Experience with conflict resolution and mediation. Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
