Compensation:
$60,000- $70,000
Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients Drafting correspondence and other litigation-related documents Communicating with medical offices and experts Assisting in trial preparation Maintaining calendars and scheduling depositions and appointments Creating and/or maintaining meticulous records and files Maintain Partner's work/personal appointment calendars and prioritize sensitive matters Research, book, and coordinate travel arrangements Coordinate, plan, and prepare Partner for key meetings and engagements and organize catering when necessary Take and maintain meticulous notes in a variety of contexts, synthesize information, and support Partner to follow through on action items Draft and edit written documents, such as email correspondence, presentations, promotional materials, etc. Enter and maintain accurate data on various projects in Partner's professional and personal portfolio Communicate and consult with staff or external contacts on Partner's behalf Assist with client intake The above-mentioned responsibilities are not inclusive of all the pertinent duties involved as an Administrative Assistant.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, legal, or health-related fields, a plus Must have legal experience 3-5 years of work experience involving administrative responsibilities Proficiency with all MS Office suite applications and using various social media platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to see a project through from beginning to completion Enthusiasm for multitasking, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Demonstrable strategic thinking skills, with a zest for solving problems and implementing solutions Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Aptitude for communicating messages via social media platforms Reliable transportation a must A positive outlook and sense of humor!
